1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and changes will be effective upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.

2. Services Provided

Wolfpack Vending Services provides vending machine installation, maintenance, and restocking services for various spaces, including offices, gyms, and apartment complexes in Minneapolis and the Twin Cities Metro area. Our services include:

Installation of vending machines at no cost to the property owner.

Fully managed restocking and maintenance.

Cashless payment options via card swipes or mobile pay directly at the machines. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion, with notice where feasible.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our vending machines, you agree to:

Use the machines for their intended purpose (purchasing snacks, drinks, or essentials).

Not tamper with, damage, or misuse the machines.

Report any issues (e.g., machine malfunctions) promptly.

Be responsible for any transactions made using your payment method. Wolfpack Vending Services is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property while using our machines.

4. Payment Terms

All transactions at our vending machines are processed directly via card swipe or mobile pay (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay). No website checkout is required.

Prices for items are displayed on the vending machines and are subject to change without notice

Refunds for faulty items or failed transactions can be requested by contacting us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review and process refunds at our discretion.

5. Consultations and Installations

Consultations are free and non-binding. Scheduling a consultation does not obligate you to proceed with our services.

Installation timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., space readiness, machine delivery wait times, scheduling conflicts).

Once installed, vending machines remain the property of Wolfpack Vending Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wolfpack Vending Services is not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or machines.

Machine downtime due to maintenance, restocking, or unforeseen technical issues.

Allergic reactions or health issues from items purchased (please check product labels for allergen information). Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend our services to any space or user at our discretion, with notice, if:

You violate these Terms (e.g., misuse of machines).

The space no longer meets our service requirements (e.g., insufficient foot traffic). Upon termination, we will remove our vending machines at no cost to you.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
